Came in for a Cv axle diagnosis. I first called the shop a week before my appt, with a $90 diagnostic fee detailed on the phone. Come in for my appt, and the shop more than doubles the cost of diagnosis alone to $200. Already the first red flag. In any case, once in the shop I already alerted the team that it was likely the axle, based on my own independent observations. Shop came back and told it wasn't the axle, that I had a differential leak, and quoted me for a $2,760 job to "rebuild my suspension." I let them know that the car cannot be fitted with OEM suspension parts (even if all 4 coilovers were done recently), and that the automatic vehicle suspension was deleted. It was like talking to a wall. Both the leak and cv axle issue was diagnosed by Skay Automotive, and solved for 1/5 of the price. The "leak" was just residue on my 12 year old car. Not sure where this came from given the good reviews, but I have not had a good experience here.

I came here to get my car repaired after a negative experience with a DIFFERENT mechanic that supposedly β€œfixed” my cars emissions system light. Only to drive 2 miles and have the light come right back on. The other mechanic did not give me a warranty for his work and we basically wasted close to $500 with him. After looking at the reviews I decided to bring my car to off campus auto. They were very professional and did a thorough diagnostic work up. They found the problem and replaced the sensor. In total I paid about $1.7k but I am confident that they are a professional shop that warranties their work. I don’t know if the price is reasonable or maybe on the higher end but I’m happy to pay for it to be repaired right the first time and hopefully not need to come back again. So far the light has not turned on. I’m hoping this is the end of this journey as we just had a baby that spent time in the NICU and those bills are also rolling in. Also forgot to mention they offer loaner car options for local driving, which sounds pretty good but I didn’t end up needing. Overall I’m happy with their services and will bring my cars here in the future.

I am new to Tiffin. I experienced a flat tire. I called Off Campus Auto Repair to see if they would be able to work me into their schedule. They were very polite and understanding of my issue and asked if I could drive my truck to their shop that same afternoon. I was surprised I could get an appointment so quickly. In less than one hour, they pulled the tire off, repaired it, and mounted it back onto the truck. I was extremely grateful and able to leave town the following day. I highly recommend Off Campus Auto Repair!

10stars if it was an option!!! I originally took my dodge journey to another shop(I won’t mention the name) They test drove my vehicle and tried telling me what was wrong based off that and I knew I had more underlying issues with my SUV. I took it to these guys and they did a thorough inspection, had pics and print outs and had reasonable prices. The other shop tried to offer me a loaner than needed to be in the shop🀣. Off campus offered me a very nice loaner and finished my vehicle 2 hours earlier than they predicted. I just drove to work and it feels like I’m driving a brand new vehicle. Smoothest ride to work. No issues. Thank u guys for offering a peace of mind. A lot of mechanic shops try to get over on women but u guys are fair, understanding and professional. U guys are now my mechanic shop! 🫢🏽

Finding a good mechanic shop can be a real challenge. Trying to get an oil leak fixed at "another local shop" spending a lot of money and time with no fix in sight, I decided it was time to find a new shop for all my vehicle maintenance. Off Campus is the real deal. No BS and they know how to turn a wrench and make it right! I am happy we have such a Great local shop that can get the job done and right the first time! Thank You!
